The existing reservoir is currently the most visible feature of the property. The proposed treatment process building will be located behind the existing reservoir and is designed to remain below the height of the reservoir and surrounding tree line. The project team is focused on making the facility visually compatible with the neighborhood through architectural design, landscaping, screening, and thoughtful placement of buildings.
